jiino1 Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player," "User," or "you") and jiino1 (hereinafter "jiino1," "we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at jiino1.cam (hereinafter "the Site") and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may maintain only one (1) active account on jiino1. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jiino1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated through duplicate accounts, and withhold deposits pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly in the event of any change.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jiino1 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS ID) at any time, and particularly before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the time period requested may result in temporary account restriction and delayed withdrawal processing.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiino1 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your jiino1 account balance in real time or within sixty (60) seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet are typically credited within thirty (30) minutes. jiino1 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which jiino1 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed the applicable KYC verification level corresponding to the withdrawal amount requested.
• You must withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must either be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal request can be processed. Real-money funds not subject to wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time.

The following general conditions apply to all jiino1 promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, verified their identity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiino1 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiino1 Platform — including but not limited to the jiino1 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, interface design, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of jiino1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jiino1. Unauthorized use of jiino1's intellectual property may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiino1, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if jiino1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jiino1's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiino1 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jiino1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in the Philippines.

11. Termination & Account Closure

jiino1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jiino1 determines in its reasonable judgment that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination for breach, jiino1 may forfeit any outstanding bonus balance and winnings derived from activities in violation of these Terms. Real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and AML review.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jiino1 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following verification.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and relevant gaming regulations. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting jiino1 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notification, either party may refer the matter to arbitration or the competent courts of the Philippines, as applicable under the governing regulatory framework.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jiino1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiino1 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Site and, where practicable, notifying registered players via their registered mobile number or through the Platform's notification system.

Your continued use of jiino1 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
